1. Purpose

InjuryLeads.io ("InjuryLeads," "we," "us," "our") operates lead-generation funnels that connect consumers seeking legal help with law firms who purchase leads from us. This page explains the express consent captured from consumers before their information is shared with a buyer law firm, and the obligations of law firms that purchase leads from us.

2. Consent language shown to consumers

Every landing page we operate presents the following (or substantively similar) affirmative-consent language immediately above the submit button. The consumer must actively check the box or click the submit button, which is styled as an affirmative-consent trigger:

3. What we capture with every consent

For each consumer submission, we time-stamp and store:

• The exact consent language displayed to the consumer (including a snapshot of the landing page).
• The URL of the landing page where consent was given.
• The consumer's IP address and user-agent string.
• The date and time of the consent (in UTC and ISO 8601 format).
• The name(s) of the buyer law firm(s) to which the consumer was matched.

These records are retained for at least five (5) years per TCPA best practices and are made available to buyer law firms on request in the event of a compliance inquiry.

4. Participating law firm partners

Consumers who submit through our funnels are matched to one or more of our participating law firm buyers based on the vertical, geography, and other qualifiers specified in each buyer's purchase agreement. A current list of active participating law firm partners is available to consumers on request by emailing info@injuryleads.io.

5. Do Not Call & opt-out

Consumers may opt out of communications at any time by:

• Replying STOP to any SMS.
• Clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
• Emailing optout@injuryleads.io.
• Requesting removal directly with the buyer law firm.

We honor opt-out requests within 10 business days and add opted-out numbers to our internal Do Not Call list. We do not re-market to opted-out contacts.

6. Buyer law firm obligations

Every law firm that purchases leads from us is contractually required to:

• Contact the consumer only for the purpose the lead was generated (i.e., to discuss potential legal representation for the reported injury).
• Honor STOP / opt-out / DNC requests immediately.
• Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws — including TCPA, CAN-SPAM, state DNC lists, and the rules of professional conduct in every jurisdiction where they contact leads or advertise.
• Maintain their own records of consumer contact and consent.
• Not resell, redistribute, or transfer leads to any third party without our written consent.

7. FCC one-to-one consent (2024 rule)

In light of the FCC's evolving guidance on one-to-one consent (originally scheduled for January 2025 and subsequently vacated / paused by court order), InjuryLeads maintains the ability, on request, to configure funnels so that consumer consent is captured for a single, specifically-named buyer law firm rather than for multiple partners.
